I love to play with other instrumentalists: the more unusual the combination, the better. I've played and arranged music for Allegra String Quartet since 1982. As a soloist, I've also written many arrangements, which I've sold to cellists all over the world. Recent recordings on which I've collaborated and improvised include Ani Ma'amin (Rebecca Levant), Plus de Frontières (Crystal Plamondon), and One Stitch at a Time (Cathy Miller), as well as recordings by Oscar Lopez and Christopher Barran. My own CD, Cello Dreams, is used by many yoga teachers and massage therapists. Allegra's 1996 CD, Baroque n' Beatles n' Blues, remains popular and is still played on the radio across the continent.

Though most of my playing in recent years has been in "cross-over" genres I do love playing "serious" classical music and expect to do more again as my personal commitments decrease. I have fond memories of concerto performances of my recital tours with Delores Keahey and of the recording we did of S.C.Eckhardt-Gramatt&eacutee's Conertino – so who knows what's next?
