
Elaine Higgin Case is a founding member of the Vocal Academy at Mount Royal University. This third generation singing teacher maintains an active private studio and adjudicates throughout western Canada. She is the Regional Governor of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and in 2004 was declared International Musician of the Year by the IBC of Cambridge, England. Elaine received the Greg Bond Memorial award for distinguished achievement in musical theatre which was presented at the 2005 Betty Mitchell Awards. Elaine is devoted to the musical education and development of young singers.
