Policy for makeup lessons

If an instructor cancels any lessons or classes, the instructor is obliged to make up those lessons or classes.

If a student cancels a private lesson with reasonable notice, the instructor may wish to arrange a makeup lesson, pending the instructor's schedule and the availability of studio space. If the instructor's schedule does not permit it, or if insufficient notice is given, the instructor is under no obligation to make up the lesson.

Lengthy absences for medical reasons will be considered for refund upon receipt of a written request with a doctor's certificate.
