Performance facilities

Mount Royal University Conservatory manages two professional-quality theatres on campus for theatrical events, recitals and public performances. Mount Royal also houses the wonderful, three-manual  Carthy Létourneau Organ — a  dedicated teaching and practice instrument located in Wyatt Hall.

Theatre Locations

The Wright and Leacock theatres are located on the 2nd level, Mount Royal University, and are best accessed from either the West Gate or Recreation entrances.

Intimate, dedicated teaching and practice space. Seating limited to 60.

Mount Royal's Wright and Leacock theatres may be rented by non-college organizations for performances, recitals, theatrical productions or other events. Both theatres have approximately the same sound capabilities and theatre equipment is moveable between theatres.
