Fees for all Conservatory credit-free courses are charged per semester, payable in full or by choosing an installment option at the time of registration. The Conservatory accepts VISA and MasterCard for payment in full or for the installment option when registering by phone. When paying in person, payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, cash, cheque or debit card. Online registration is available for most credit-free programs.
Registration will not be permitted when previous fees are outstanding.
Installment options are available for fall semester, winter semester, and for combined fall/winter registrations if the courses for the winter are listed as available when registering for the fall.
Option 1: Payment for one semester — a 20% payment is required with the balance paid over four equal monthly installments beginning on the 15th of the first month of the term (Sept. 15, Oct. 15, Nov. 15, Dec. 15).
Option 2: Payment for the full year — a 20% payment for the fall term is required with the balance of the fall term paid in four equal monthly installments beginning Sept. 15. The first payment for the winter term is charged January 15 with the balance of the winter term paid in four equal monthly installments beginning Feb. 15.
When using the installment option, a $20 surcharge is required at the time of registration.
Tuition fees for choirs, orchestras and Academy are due in the fall. Course fees can be applied using option 1 above. The applicable Mount Royal Choral Association fee for choirs is charged at the time of registration. These fees are collected on behalf of the MRCA.
