Private Instruction

Returning students must register by Jan. 31, 2012. After that time, a late penalty of $15 will be imposed.

Private instruction is available in all areas of music and speech instruction for all ages and levels of development, either on campus or in many Calgary communities through our Associate Branch Teachers.

On-Campus Instruction

To register for private lessons, students must first submit an online lesson placement request form. This form is transfered to the program coordinator for the specific instrument or area. They will contact you directly to continue and find the best fit possible between instructor and student. Once the student has been placed with an instructor, registration may be completed by calling the Conservatory Office at 403.440.6821.

Our faculty are world class, professional teachers and performers, with real life musical experience to share with our students. Please feel free to browse Conservatory faculty members by instrument or program area:

Associate Branch Instruction

Our Associate Branch Instructors provide the same high-quality Conservatory instruction as our on-campus private instructors — with the convenience of being located nearer the student's home community. Students wishing to study with an Associate Branch Instructor register directly with that teacher. Lesson fees are set by and paid directly to the Associate Branch Teacher, however, a $10 fee per semester is payable to the Conservatory.
