MRU Conservatory Shakespeare Ensemble

For junior and senior high school students

Join the Mount Royal University Conservatory’s Shakespeare specialist and director extraordinaire, Grant Paterson, on a journey into the wonderful world of Shakespeare performance!

The Shakespeare Performance Ensemble is a chance for speech arts and drama students in junior and senior high to work with their fellow students, build skills and have a great time. The ensemble will prepare a themed Shakespeare performance for presentation at the 2017 Calgary Performing Arts Festival.  (Performance date TBA)

The ensemble is an invaluable opportunity to learn, grow and perform.  Registration is open to MRU Conservatory speech students, and by invitation of the instructor.

*Heavy call volumes may be experienced when the registration period first opens. Room LocationsRoom numbers designated with the "EC" prefix are located in the Roderick Mah Centre for Continuous Learning building, on the east side of the main campus.  The EC building is connected to the Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts.

Room numbers designated with the "EA" prefix are located in the Faculty of Arts building, on the east side of the main campus and across the road from the Conservatory building, the Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts.

Room numbers designated with the "ED" prefix are located in the Conservatory building, the Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts.  The Taylor Centre is located on the east side of the main campus and can be recognized by its distinctive orange roof.
