Two Front of House staff (ushers) are included in the base rental rate. Extra ushers will be added for larger audience expectations as outlined in the below. The hourly rate for each additional usher is $28, and there is a three hour minimum.

If the presenter is selling bulk tickets, the presenter mus provide a final ticket sales count to the Conservatory's Theatre Services one week prior to the event.

All performances in Conservatory venues (Leacock, Wright and Nickle theatres) require a minimum of 2 technical production staff.
The base rental rate for the Leacock and Wright theatres includes two technicians. Extra charges apply for a second technician above the base rental amount for the Nickle theatre.
Mount Royal University Theatre Services reserves the right to determine the total number of box office, Front of House, security and technical staff based on need at the discretion of the Technical Supervisor in consultation with the licensee.
All bookings remain subject to challenge until a signed contract and full deposit (50 % of base rent) are received by Mount Royal University Theatre Services. Rental rates are subject to change without advance notice.
Special charges may apply to activate air conditioning in the Nickle theatre during weekends.
Due to capacity regulations, all events must be ticketed, regardless of whether an admission fee is charged. Tickets must be printed by the Conservatory and no other ticketing body.
