
All ticketed events in Conservatory theatres must make use of the Mount Royal University Ticketing Service.
Patrons of Conservatory theatres have two options: all ticket and box office services can be arranged through the Conservatory's Box Office service, or tickets can be purchased in bulk and sold independently of the Conservatory.
Option 1: Conservatory ticket and box office services

Canceled performance policy
Mount Royal University or its agent will hold receipts for canceled performances for a period of three months after the canceled performance date, in order to provide patron refunds, after which time the residue of receipts (less any amounts due to Mount Royal University) will be paid to the Licensee.
G.S.T.
Licensee shall pay all applicable G.S.T.
Minimum lead time for box office set-up
The University requires a minimum 14 days lead time on all box office requirements. All arrangements must be made through the University Ticket Centre, 403.440.7770.
