After this form has been successfully submitted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pay your initial fees.
A request for withdrawal must be received, in writing, before classes begin.
In addition, a copy of ONE of the following documents must be attached to your written withdrawal request:
- an acceptance letter from another school
- a reserved plane ticket out of Canada
- a copy of a letter from the Canadian Embassy
Upon successful withdrawal, the following fees will be withheld:
- C$150.00 application fee (if applicable)
- C$250.00 from the full tuition fee or deposit on a tuition fee
- C$100.00 Open Studies application fee (if applicable)
The balance, after the above deductions, will be refunded.
Health Insurance is non-refundable and non-transferable after coverage begins.
There will be NO Refunds after classes begin.
Transfer to another term
All requests for transfer must be received in writing before classes begin.
If approved, a C$100.00 transfer fee is required to complete the transfer.
Note: Transfer requests received after the program's start date will be denied.
If Mount Royal University must cancel courses because of low enrolment, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund (except for the application fees).
Guard.me is the private insurance company that Mount Royal University uses to provide healthcare insurance coverage. The Health Insurance fee is non-refundable and non-transferable after coverage begins. Students are responsible for purchasing healthcare insurance outside of the term of study.
