Installed in several training rooms are state-of-the art copy cams, which capture digital images of the presentation displayed on the whiteboard, and are printable to disk, designated website or laser printer housed in the classroom. Each training room also has portable videoconferencing capabilities.
Boardroom with video conferencing
The 24-seat Boardroom features all the amenities of the training rooms and also has the capacity for video conferencing with remote locations.
SMART Technology Cabinet: available in all event spaces
Every room is fully equipped with high-performance audio and visual technology, including a desktop computer, VPU projector, DVD and VCR capabilities. The SMART Tech Cart in each room also includes an ELMO digital visual presenter, ideal for a diverse range of presentation applications.
In addition, each cart is completely wired and ready for a laptop to be connected, allowing for projection through the existing ceiling-mounted video projection units.
