First, he was a student at Mount Royal College and following the completion of a General Diploma at the College, he enrolled in the Aviation Program. After graduating from Mount Royal's Aviation diploma program, he was employed as a pilot with the Canadian Sky Dive Centre. Following the completion of his instructor rating, Mark was employed as a Flight Instructor at several flying schools in Alberta. He then accepted a position to teach Flight Instruction in the Mount Royal Aviation program and taught at the Springbank Airport for several years. He left Mount Royal to take up career opportunities as Captain and Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) with Morgan Air, as well as Captain with Alta Flights. With his pilot and management experience in the aviation sector, he is a valuable addition to the Aviation program team.
