Ways to give

Make a Donation:
One of the easiest ways to make a difference in the lives of students today is by making a donation to support greatest needs at Mount Royal University. You can also allocate your donation to a specific program or to one of our active campaigns.

Matching Gifts: Every gift, no matter the size, has an impact on our students. By making your contribution a matching gift, you can double or in some cases, triple, the impact of your gift! Take the first step to find out if your company is part of our matching gift community with our easy to use search tool.

Create an Endowment: An endowment is a donation that is invested by the University in perpetuity and the annual income generated by the investment is used to fund a student award. The annual interest earned is distributed in accordance with the University's investment policy. The minimum amount required to establish a named endowment award at Mount Royal is $30,000. Endowments may be created by a single gift, or a series of gifts over a maximum of five years.

Create a Student Award: Donors may create a named student award through a minimum yearly gift of $1,000, pledged for a minimum of five years, $1,200 for four years or $1,700 for three years. Alternatively donors may want to make a one-time donation of $5,000 as a spend down for a maximum of five years.

Memorial Giving: making a donation in memory of a loved one is a meaningful way to pay tribute to their legacy. These donations arise from somber circumstances, yet they are a beautiful way to keep the memory of a loved one alive. Learn more.
