Instructional programs are opportunities to develop sport-specific skills and make life-long friends. All activities meet once per week and provide time for practicing/learning skills, strategy development and competition. Squash Lessons

Facilitated by the MRU Squash Club, explore the fast paced game of squash and develop skills that will make you a better player. Our certified instructor has extensive experience playing and coaching squash.

All skill levels are welcome, with players being grouped based on their level of experience to ensure the best experience possible. All squash equipment is supplied for your lesson. For more information visit

Wheelchair Basketball

Open to persons of all abilities who are interested in learning a new sport or showing of their skills. All equipment and instruction is provided by the Calgary Grizzlies Wheelchair Basketball Associations, with support from the Calgary Rollers.

Game nights are Wednesday evenings which provides drill time and game time.
