Steps to Well-being

The steps to Well-being project gives the opportunity to 25 eligible students to particpate in 5 free personal training sessions with Recreation services on campus.  If you or someone you know think you might benefit from participating, speak to a healthcare professional in Wellness Services to see if you are eligible.  For any questions, please contact stepstowellbeing@mtroyal.ca
