Ongoing counselling groups

Groups are small gatherings of students with shared interests and goals that meet regularly throughout the semester to support one another. These drop-in sessions are facilitated by a counsellor. For single-session training, see Workshops.

If any of these groups interest you, contact Student Counselling at 403.440.6362 or visit the desk in U216 for more information.

Students on the autism spectrum (Asperger's) meet to discuss topics of interest and provide mutual support. Facilitated by a counsellor. The 90-minute sessions run on Thursdays at 12:30 p.m. in room U216.

Indigenous Women's Group

Every Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Indigenous women meet over a provided lunch for mutual support. Join this drop-in group facilitated by a counsellor.
