Canada-Alberta Job Grant Information Session
If you and your employer are looking for funding to support your current or future training requirements on the job, join us for a free, online information session about the Canada-Alberta Job Grant (CAJG) on March 20, 2024 from noon-1pm. Many of Mount Royal University's Continuing Education courses and programs are eligible for funding!
This session will be presented by CAJG team members.
CAJG allows employers to support and invest in their current and future employees with training aligned to in-demand skills and competencies. Employers can get up to two-thirds of the costs reimbursed to a maximum of $10,000 per trainee per fiscal year. If hiring and training an unemployed Albertan, up to 100% of training costs could be reimbursed, up to $15,000 per trainee.
