Sharon Barwick, CSEP
Sharon is a Certified Special Event Professional and has been a manager with Simply Elegant since 2004. She has served as operations manager, florist, decorator, wedding and event planner. Prior to Simply Elegant, Sharon Barwick Designs was a successful Vancouver floral and event decorating company that served the Vancouver lower mainland and Vancouver Island. Sharon is an key note speaker and enthusiastic educator in the event industry and has been an active member of the International Live Events Society (previously known as ISES) for the past 25 years.

Lynn Fletcher It all starts with listening. Then, with the boundless enthusiasm of a true romantic, Lynn gets to know each of her clients well, ensuring that their day is a true reflection of who they are. She becomes more than their wedding producer; she becomes a friend and confidant. Lynn has an intuitive instinct for seeing and understanding the needs and desires of brides and grooms. It often is difficult to tell who is more excited about the wedding, her or her clients. Lynn plays an active role in the event industry as an instructor in the Mount Royal Event Management Certificate program, delivering The Business of Wedding Planning and Event Logistics courses, as well as contributing to the curriculum development for the Event Management program itself. As a member and past board member of the International Special Events Society (ISES), Lynn attends training conferences and trade shows worldwide to ensure that she stays on top of the latest trends and best ideas in the industry.
