Application to Graduate

Graduating - Request a Parchment or Replacement Parchment


1. Extension Certificate

Upon completing all the requirements for an Extension Certificate program, please fill out and submit an Application to Graduate form. Your academic record will be verified to ensure all requirements have been met. CE Registration Services will email you an unofficial transcript that will note your extension certificate has been awarded and provide a record of all the courses you have completed. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

Please note: At this time, we are unable to process parchments. Parchments will be issued once normal operations resume on campus. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you would like to receive an unofficial transcript that lists all the courses you have completed, please contact ceregservices@mtroyal.ca.

2. Certificate of Completion
