Micheline Maylor specializes in creative writing and contemporary Canadian literature. She's involved with current trends in independent publishing and is the consulting editor in chief at Freefall literary magazine and acquisitions editor at Frontenac House Press Quartet series. She teaches creative writing, composition, and literature classes. Her publications include "Full Depth" (Wolsak and Wynn. 2007), "Whirr and Click" (Frontenac House. 2013), "Little Wildheart" (U of A Press. 2017). She is poet Laureate emeritus of the City of Calgary, past Author in Residence at the Calgary Public Library, and upcoming writer in Residence at the Saskatchewan writers’ Guild.
