Following Elder Spiders: Indigenous Language and Literature in Cyberspace

Dr. Margaret Noodin is the Director of the Electa Quinney Institute for American Indian Education and Assistant Professor in the Department of English and American Indian Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Dr. Noodin specializes in Indigenous teaching pedagogies, teaches Anishinaabe (Ojibwe) language, literature, and culture, writes Anishinaabe poetry, has created Anishinaabe Avatars, and sings popular songs in Anishinaabe. Her most recent publication is: Bawaajimo: A Dialect of Dreams in Anishinaabe Language and Literature (2014) and her book of poetry, Weweni, will be released in 2015.
