Born and raised in rural Ontario, Janelle brought her passion for the outdoors and sport to Calgary in 2010. Originally joining the MRU community through International Education, she started in Phys Ed as the Admin Assistant and was promoted to her current role within her first year with us.
Primarily working behind the scenes, she sets students, faculty, staff and many aspects of BHPE up for success. Whether its scheduling, budgets, organizing the Chair or anything in between, you'll find her busy managing our team.
Janelle finds fulfillment in promoting healthy, active living while using her own habits and lifestyle as an example.
