2021-22 Season Update

We are very pleased to announce the return of our Music and Movement classes beginning in January 2022!  We are committed to providing an exceptional education in music and creativity and this in turn necessitates that instructors and students meet in-person. We eagerly anticipate the safe return to in-person lessons beginning in January 2021 and we will notify all parents as soon as we are able to confirm a start date. In the mean time we are extremely excited for the return of students and the opportunity to create music together.

For additional updates regarding our in-person group classes and music lessons please see our program updates page.

We hope to see you again soon!

Music & Movement combines imaginative play, musical games, singing and instrument playing. Your child will use instruments and equipment such as xylophones, glockenspiels, hand drums, rhythm sticks, Orff instruments, balls, hoops, and scarves. Bond with your child while attending the classes.

Creative movement is an important part of the program. Your child will develop coordination, concentration, and self-confidence while learning the fundamentals of music. This program provides a sound basis for children who wish to continue the study of music or dance.

All classes are parented classes (parents are in attendance), 45 minutes long and held once a week, available in either the Fall or Winter term. Students in our Music & Movement classes must have reached their third birthday before the beginning of the term (Sept. 1 / Feb 1.)

These classes happen weekly for 45 minutes.
