Environmental Health and Safety
Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) fosters a MRU community that incorporates health and safety at work, at home and as part of the local community through conversation, discussion, example and mentorship. Visit mru.ca/EHS to learn more and contact them at EHS@mtroyal.ca with any questions.
This group supplies confidential advice and resources for employees, support for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulatory compliance, and provides a framework to build health and safety practices. In addition, they offer safety expertise and mentorship to safety groups across campus, develop and support safety processes, supports the leadership group and more.
EH&S has resources such as employee health and safety training, and ergonomic tips and assessments, in addition to reporting processes and procedures for safety incidents.
