Venue Cleaning

All conference and event venues will be cleaned and sanitized daily with enhanced cleaning for the duration of your event.

Group Sizes

Event capacities have been adjusted to abide by provincial health and safety guidelines.

Physical Distancing

Event setups and floor plans will comply with the provincial government’s physical distancing recommendations to ensure 2m between guests can be maintained in all venues. Guests will be asked to respect physical distancing by staying 2m away from each other. Virtual handshakes, long-distance fist bumps and air hugs are encouraged!

Sanitizer Stations

Stations will be located at every venue entrance and exit for your use.

Self-Screening

We ask that all guests assess their health prior to entering our venues. Signage outlining Alberta Health Services symptom guidelines will be located at all entry points.

Guest Personal Protective Equipment

Masks are mandatory on campus and will be available to guests who request PPE.

PPE for Staff

All staff including front- and back-of-house teams for food, catering and bar service will be required to wear masks.

Food Safety

Our catering kitchen operates with the highest safety standards and follows all government health and food safety guidelines.

Catering Service

A low-contact model for food and beverage service has been created for the health and safety of all guests.

Bar Service

Bars will be equipped with plexiglass windows to maximize safety. Touchless payment options are available.

Team Health

The health of our entire team is monitored daily and no one is allowed to work with any symptoms of illness, no matter how minor.

Washrooms

All washrooms are cleaned as per Alberta Health Services guidelines.

Equipment Safety

All audio-visual equipment will be sanitized after each use.

Virtual Streaming

With room capacities being lowered to meet physical distancing guidelines, streaming of event activity can be projected in multiple rooms or offsite to those not in attendance.
