MRU Students Invited to Showcase Community Prosperity Research

With the help of an anonymous donor, we created a new awards program for undergraduate students at MRU. The Community Prosperity Student Research Awards were awarded to six students this past year. This is cash award, that also comes with training, mentoring and travel support for up 10 senior students in any degree-track program at MRU, under the themes of the social economy, social innovation, community change, or community investment. All six of this year’s students were accepted to present at national conferences  this spring – a feat normally available to graduate students or faculty members.
