The Power of More with Olympic champ Marnie McBean will be held Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Ross Glen Hall in Mount Royal’s Roderick Mah Centre for Continuous Learning.
Mount Royal’s Samanti Kulatilake relished the opportunity to collaborate last summer with colleagues from the United States and Sri Lanka to begin excavation of ancient artifacts, shells and bones dating back some estimated 4,000 years.
Once again this year, the Office of International Education at Mount Royal University welcomed participants on the Global Leaders Program, a training program initiated by Gangwon Province in South Korea to train provincial government officials who will be a part of the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
