Caroline Conway is a business transformation and change management professional with more than 20 years' experience in the public and private sector. Caroline has been responsible for designing and leading business transformation and organization change programs for various clients across multiple industries in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. She has worked on change management initiatives ranging in size and scope from change directly impacting 50 employees to over 50,000 employees. In leading transformation programs, Caroline has been responsible for the overall integration and management of the program, change strategy and deployment, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, organization structure changes, process improvement, technology deployment and enabling culture change.

Caroline holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Calgary. Her approach to change management is to strike a balance between the business needs and human dynamics to enable the realization of the desired outcomes. Leading transformative change is Caroline’s passion and vocation because it challenges her to be her best and stretch her skills, requiring her to take on various roles in the change process from task master to coach to trust advisor.

Dawn Metcalfce_bio_change_dawn_metcalf BA
Dawn has a Bachelor of General Studies (Interdisciplinary Studies) from Simon Fraser University. She is a proven senior consultant, program leader and instructor with extensive expertise within and across IT, federal and provincial governments, and nonprofit organizations. Dawn has led and managed numerous business transformation programs and projects that impacted and/or directly changed organizational culture and processes. Her experience, combined with an innate ability to see the big picture and foresee potential risks and impacts to organizational processes, structures and people, led her to the field of change management and business transformation. A natural communicator, she has authored a variety of technical documentation and courseware, and as a journalist, she has published numerous articles in magazines in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Dawn has taught computer applications and systems to senior leadership of major financial institutions around the world and Technical Writing, Interview Skills and Writing for Magazines at Vancouver Community College.

Janet is energetic and passionate about delivering highly practical business training that is current, useful and realistic for today’s business environment.

Equipped with years of experience in a broad range of business roles including supply chain, contract management, process management, business analysis, project management , marketing, and enterprise risk management, Janet now devotes her talents to assisting and training others to work smarter in all aspects of business initiatives. Janet’s teaching style moves students beyond simple textbook learning to helping others apply tools and techniques in dynamic real-world situations.

Janet’s professional experience includes management roles with the Royal Bank of Canada, Bombardier Aerospace and Canadian Pacific Railway.

With over ten years of teaching and corporate training experience, Janet established her own independent training and consulting company in 2009. Janet provides training across a broad spectrum of business areas with specializations in leadership, Six Sigma and Lean methodology, business analysis, project management, contract management and process management within post-secondary corporate training and continuing education settings.

An alumni of McGill University, Janet has a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA specializing in Marketing and Strategic Management. Janet is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
