The Conservatory

We believe the human spirit achieves its truest expression and deepest fulfillment through the arts.

For 100 years, the Mount Royal Conservatory’s holistic performing arts programming has nurtured the artistic potential of generations of students. Private lessons and group classes at the Conservatory meet the individual needs of each learner.

Attention parents: Children’s Arts Tax Credit available for 2011 tax year. As part of the Economic Action Plan, the government is offering an arts tax credit, similar to the Children’s Fitness Tax Credit introduced in 2007.

Building a new Conservatory

Ground was broken on the new Conservatory facility on April 26, 2011. Set to open in the fall of 2013, our new home will feature new instructional spaces for private lessons, rehearsal halls for ensembles of all sizes, a dedicated wing for the Conservatory’s Early Childhood music programs and the magnificent Bella concert hall at the facility’s heart.
