Credit Transfers

Between Faculty of Continuing Education and Extension, Community & Health Studies and Faculty of Health & Community Studies

Did you know? Several courses in the Faculty of Continuing Education and Extension directly transfer to credit courses at Mount Royal. Upon meeting the entrance requirements of the degree/diploma/certificate credit program and earning admission to the program, students may transfer their completed courses from the Faculty of Continuing Education and Extension for course credit in their respective program.

Guidelines:

  • 50% Residency Policy is not applicable for internal MRU transfers
  • Continuing Education PLAR form is not required for internal MRU transfer requests
  • Prior transfer recognition granted for a credit course at MRU will also be recognized by the Faculty of Continuing Education and Extension's Community & Health Studies if part of agreement below
  • Transfer requests prior to the approved articulation agreement dates below need to be approved by the applicable credit department
