Not everyone is born with the ability to communicate their messages and ideas naturally and easily. In the workplace this can be compounded by different communication styles, looming deadlines and burgeoning workloads. How can you enhance your ability to express and receive information in order to do the best job you can? This program is designed to help you build more effective, professional communication skills in the workplace.

Effective Business Writing
The ability to write clearly and effectively for business is increasingly important in the information era. Explore the requirements for various business writing applications such as reports, proposals and letters of intent, as well as effective composition, revision and editing skills in this interactive, practical course. Focus your message for specific audiences and occasions and receive instructor feedback.

Overcome the number-one fear: speaking in public. If you have minimal community or business experience and a strong fear of speaking in front of others, this course is ideal.
