Manual Lymphatic Drainage facilitates healing by stimulating lymph flow and drainage. Through a pumping and stretching effect, lymph flows faster and stimulates the formation of new connections between lymph vessels. Scientific investigation in Europe has made this the most researched massage therapy technique. MLD can treat post-mastectomy lymphedema, migraines, sports injuries, scar tissue, acne, post-operative pain, plastic surgery and arthritis.
