Business English Program
The Business English Program has been developed to address the growing demand and professional needs of Calgary's second language employees. This comprehensive program focuses primarily on productive language skills (speaking and writing) which many second language learners find most challenging in today's global workplace.
Communication Skills for Health Professionals
This course is open to international students, landed immigrants and Canadian citizens and is designed for internationally educated nurses, midwives, doctors, pharmacists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists who need to improve their language skills to succeed in their profession in Canada.
English Language Assessment
Have your ESL skills tested to identify which areas of English are your strengths and which areas require further development. Testing is conducted through individual appointments (approx. 4 hours in length) and will assess each of the following language areas: reading, writing, grammar, speaking and listening. A comprehensive written report of your assessment results will be provided within one month of the testing, and will include training recommendations (where applicable) to address your ESL needs.
