The Applied Project Management Extension Certificate has been designed for professionals who have some project management experience and wish to develop their project management skills. Acquire tools, techniques, approaches and best practices in project management. This 75-hour program provides highly practical real-world project management skills and training.
Who Should Register in the Applied Project Management Extension Certificate?

Earning Your Extension Certificate
Complete the four required courses listed in the schedule above (60 hours) plus one of three optional courses (15 hours). This program may be completed within one year and must be completed within three years.

It is important for the project manager to be both a manager and a leader. Examine the attributes leaders and managers need to be most effective. Discuss what good project managers do to make project teams want to follow, and how these attributes can be applied and integrated into day-to-day project management. 15 PDUs.

Applied Project Management: Time, Cost and Scope
Project managers can never obtain too many tips, tricks and techniques for managing the triple constraints: time, cost and scope. Successfully managing these three aspects of a project can help you excel in your role. Examine what is involved in setting up project metrics, providing accurate techniques and tools to real project examples. 15 PDUs.

Applied Project Management: Risk, Quality and Procurement
Risk and quality issues can be the death of a project if not managed proactively. Procurement also plays a role in the success of project delivery and close out.
