PMI_REPProject Management - Final Assessment Paper
Apply the project management principles and practices you have acquired either through the six classroom-based courses or the three online modules to a real-life project. Your advisor, who can counsel you on your choice of topic, offers occasional guidance throughout the development and completion of your Final Assessment Paper. Successful completion of this course is required for you to receive your Project Management Extension Certificate.
Note: We strongly recommend completion of the six Project Management classroom-based courses OR the three Project Management Online modules before registering in this course.

Note: Deadline for the Winter 2012 Final Assessment Paper submission is 4:30 p.m., April 18, 2012. No refunds after Jan. 4, 2012.

Note: Deadline for the Spring 2012 Final Assessment Paper submission is 4:30 p.m., June 18, 2012. No refunds after May 7, 2012.

Important Information for Students Writing their Final Assessment Paper in Winter 2012: Final Assessment papers submitted after January 1, 2012 must be written based on the Project Management Institute, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) - Fourth Edition, Project Management Institute Inc., 2008 version.

Preparing for the Final Assessment
Are you enrolled in the Project Management Extension Certificate program and preparing to write your Final Assessment Paper? This workshop is designed to provide additional support beyond what is offered in the certificate courses. Work with the instructors who mark the final assessment papers and find out what is required to be successful. Course materials, approx. $10+GST at the BookStore.
Note: Please bring a copy of the PMBOK® Guide - Fourth Edition (approx. $70+GST) as it will be used extensively.
Note: This course is offered as an optional course to help learners prepare for writing the Final Assessment Paper and is not a requirement for the certificate.
