Namaste! Zen Kids invites campers to slow down, breathe deeply and explore what it means to feel centred and confident. Each day blends mindfulness, movement and creativity to support self-awareness and well-being.
In the studio, campers will practice yoga and pilates through guided vinyasa flows, balance poses and core-strengthening sequences like chaturanga dandasana. Breathing exercises, meditation and shavasana help them relax and refocus, while art, journaling and music encourage self-expression and reflection. Nature walks and group mindfulness activities round out the week, promoting empathy, balance and connection to the world around them.
Zen Kids encourages campers to move with intention, think with clarity and carry a sense of calm both on and off the mat.
