Micro-credentials and digital badges
Gain the skills employers need
Micro-credentials are short, focused learning experiences designed to help you build specific, job-relevant skills that employers value.
Developed in consultation with industry experts and Mount Royal faculty members, MRU micro-credentials help learners quickly upskill or reskill in response to evolving workforce and industry needs.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen your current skillset, pivot careers, or explore a specialized area of knowledge, micro-credentials offer flexible, targeted learning designed to fit your schedule.
Many micro-credentials are recognized through digital badges that can be shared online and added to professional portfolios or resumes.
Earn a micro-credential and receive a digital badge that you can share on social media, attach to your electronic resume or add to your email signature.
