Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information:

Your MRU Account

  1. Activating and logging into MyMRU
    If logging into MyMRU for the first time you will need to activate your MyMRU account. Ensure that you have your Student ID number, which is provided on your course confirmation form and then follow the instructions in the link above to obtain a username and password.
  2. Access your MyMRU email account
    Students are required to use their Mount Royal University student email account for course correspondence with instructors and staff. Go to the homepage and click on the email link at the top right hand corner, directly below the site banner. Enter your username and password.

BlackboardMount Royal uses the Blackboard Learning Management System for online courses and some classroom courses.
See Blackboard System requirements.

Please note your Blackboard course site will be available on or before the course start date. Refer to your Confirmation of Registration for specific dates and course information.

Online courses - Log in to Blackboard to access your course information, online curriculum, required readings, and assignments. Use your MRU username and password to access the Blackboard course site.

Classroom courses - Your classroom course may use Blackboard to distribute course information, course materials, required readings, and assignments. Printed copies of course materials will not be provided. Refer to your Confirmation of Registration for more information. Use your MRU username and password to access the Blackboard course site.

NOTE: Please print a copy of the course materials to bring to the first class OR bring a laptop/electronic device to class to access the course materials online through Blackboard.
