Who Should Take this Program - This program is designed for management, professionals and teams who lead or support change as part of their role, including human resource professionals, organizational development specialists, project managers, business analysts, business process analysts, public administrators, and consultants. It is relevant to varying change management roles in all sectors, including business, healthcare, IT, oil and gas, public administration, financial services, government, and nonprofit.

Earning Your Extension Certificate
Complete the five required courses, the Final Project, plus two optional courses (120 hours).

Develop an understanding of the issues and environmental requirements needed for change to successfully take place. Course details


Applied Change Management: Final Project 
Apply the key principles, tools, techniques and strategies acquired throughout previous courses to your final project. Select a real-life project or situation and successfully plan and implement a change management effort. Prepare a written report and perform an in-class presentation to capture your analysis, observations, lessons learned and successes.
Prerequisite: all five previous required courses.
