Joshua is a Human Resources Advisor at Elk Valley Resources, focusing on building dynamic workplace cultures, developing talent strategies, and aligning HR initiatives with operational excellence. He is passionate about empowering teams and shaping the future of work through progressive HR practices.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration-Human Resources (2018) from Mount Royal University. He is actively engaged in the MRU community as an alumni volunteer, mentor, and advocate for student success.
