The School of Nursing and Midwifery invites applications for 12-month limited term positions which will commence August 15, 2014, subject to final budgetary approval at the rank of Assistant Professor. Priority will be given to entry level candidates.
The School of Nursing and Midwifery currently offers degree programs in Nursing and Midwifery and two certificate programs.

|Duties:||New faculty are hired into one of two work patterns. The teaching/scholarship/service pattern has a focus on teaching with the requirement that the faculty member be involved in a research program as well as service to the Mount Royal community. The teaching/service pattern has a focus on teaching and service only. Limited- term faculty are typically hired into the teaching/service (TS) work pattern.|
A Ph.D. is preferred; a Master’s degree is required as is current registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses. The successful applicant must be qualified to teach theoretical and practice courses across the nursing program, contribute to course and program development and have experience in teaching. Applicants interested in the teaching/scholarship/service pattern should have the ability and intent to pursue a research program.
