Duties: In this position, you will organize and maintain all aspects of the Help Desk. The primary duties include:

• Analyzing all help calls received from the University users
• Offering assistance to University users
• Directing calls to the appropriate technician if necessary
• Maintaining Help Desk Software and Databases
• Reporting statistical information as required
• Training and supervising student Help Desk personnel
• Assisting with the creation and dispensing of Campus Identification Cards
 
Qualifications: • Patience, creativity, and good interpersonal skills are essential attributes
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Problem solving skills
• 2 year Diploma in Information Systems or equivalent
• PC and LAN knowledge
 
Salary: $2,123.08 semi-monthly
