New students must attend a Group Advising Workshop prior to seeing an Advisor one-on-one.

Students who need additional help with registration, or who are unable to attend a New Student Advising Workshop should refer to the links below:

  • Review the Program Advising Guide for the Bachelor of Health and Physical Education first year suggested courses based on your intended major.
  • Use the tutorials available on the Advising website, including the one on Registering for Classes.
  • If you need more information visit the Credit Registration website for answers to commonly asked registration related concerns such as error messages and wait listing for courses.

Transfer students are encouraged to contact the Transfer Credit office at transfercredit@mtroyal.ca if they have questions about their credit or the articulation process.

 

Personal information that you provide through the online Workshop Registration system (Name, Student ID, Email) is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act - section 33(c) and the Post-Secondary Learning Act. Collected information will be used solely to manage workshop registration on behalf of MRU students, to contact students regarding workshops, and to provide aggregate reports to support the workshop administration. Mount Royal University has contracted SpringShare Software Inc. to provide online workshop registration software services in order to make booking of these workshops more accessible for MRU students. Please be advised that the information you provide through the online appointment booking process may be housed on servers residing outside of Canada and, therefore, may be subject to the laws of a foreign jurisdiction. Although Mount Royal University has made reasonable efforts to protect privacy of users, the University cannot guarantee protection against possible disclosure of information residing in another country.
