Patti is a born and raised Calgarian who began singing at a young age with her grandmother, who trained as an opera singer. She continued to study under Marilyn Perkins for 25 years. Patti is certified in Suzuki Early Childhood Music and in 2014 was recognized with a distinguished teaching award from Mount Royal University. She is married with 2 children.
