Financial Services handles payment inquiries concerning discrepancies in fees as well as refunds of tuition due to cancellations, overpayments or dropping of courses. They also handle any accounts sent for collection. For more information, contact a Student Account's Receivable representative:
Note: Overpayments will not be reimbursed or refunded until after the add/drop date.
Inquiries concerning course registration should be directed to the Registrar's Office at 403.440.3303.
Inquiries about course selection should be directed to your Academic Advisor.
Questions related to Awards or Scholarships should be directed to the office of Student Awards and Financial Aid at 403.440.6223.
