Robbery

On Thursday, September 27, 2006, at approximately 12:30 A.M., a male approached a female student outside the northeast fire stairwell door of Cascade Hall. The Subject demanded money from the student, and when she refused, he physically assaulted her causing minor injuries. The student gave the suspect her wallet and then fled towards the north side of the Olympic Oval. The student returned to her residence and Campus Security was contacted. Calgary police Services attended and conducted a search of the area, however, the subject was not located. Police investigation is continuing.

The victim described the suspect as:

• Brown skinned male
• Approximately 180 cm (6'0) tall
• 18 to 20 years old
• Larger build
• Wearing a green winter jacket with fur lined hood, a scarf covering his face and black gloves
