Jennifer Owen completed a Ph.D. in high energy physics, working on ATLAS, one of the experiments on the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland. She joined Mount Royal in 2018 excited to share her passion for physics through laboratory instruction. She believes that all science students benefit from an understanding of physics concepts and employs hands-on learning opportunities to facilitate a deep understanding.
