Mehdi Nader Dehghany has completed his PhD in Physical chemistry at the University of Calgary, with emphasis on cluster/molecular structure and laser spectroscopy.  He visited the Devon Research Center, Natural Resources Canada as PDF with hydrocarbon characterization research theme using various spectroscopic techniques.

His research interests include molecular systems with multi structural components at low temperatures. He has published over 35 peer-reviewed articles in various journals such as the Journal of Chemical Physics (JCP), Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics (PCCP), Molecular physics, the Journal of Physical Chemistry A, The review of scientific instruments and the Journal of Biomedical Optics. He also has a personal and professional mandate to engage in science education, foster positive learning environment in and out of his lectures with strong appetite for implementing new educational technologies and methods.
