Tristyn first developed an interest in finance after reading ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad for Teens’ in the sixth grade and has been dedicated to pursuing her interest since. She has a strong interest in both fixed income markets and personal finance. She has also competed in various case competitions including MRU’s RMA Commercial Lending Case Competition, Ryerson University’s Battle on Bay Case Competition, and the CFA Institute’s Research Challenge. Outside of the SIF, Tristyn enjoys training horses, show jumping, and teaching horse-riding lessons.
