Co-operative Education is an enhanced academic program that alternates classroom learning with paid work experience. As a student of the Co-operative Education program, you have the opportunity to participate in career-related work semesters, which allow you to gain real-life experience.
Co-op students gain a broader understanding of the workplace and of their own chosen field while building the skills necessary to plan their future career path and to conduct an effective job search. Students are provided with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and experience necessary to have a successful career in their industry.
